- Enrollment first comes, first served based on route availability
- Schedule changes require advance notice (typically 24 hours unless otherwise stated)
- Pickup and drop-off times may vary slightly due to traffic or route adjustments Payments
- Payments are due in advance based on the selected service plan
- Weekly payments must be submitted prior to service (e.g., by Friday for the following week)
- Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services
